The installation team were very professional, replaced a few aroof tiles that accidently broke. The clean up was good. A few occassion had to chase up with the sales team about a few things. very rare followup. Overall very satisfied. thank you
Absolute joke of a solar company, had new solar panels, inverters and battery’s installed last September, battery inverter faulted early January and have been trying to get repairs completed since. Professional & helpful. EMS’ installation contractor Emerge Energy were excellent keeping us fully informed throughout and delivering a quality product. They were no fuss and left the place as they found it - pristine with all the rubbish removed and tidied.
After extensive research, Empower Solar came out on top for their service and price. Lindsey was my point of contact along the way and assisted with arranging my solar and full house back-up battery installation. Throughout the wait for installation, Lindsey kept in touch with emails and phone calls, as well following up after completion to make sure I was happy
It was good to work with Cameron at the Empower Solar. He made sure we understand the process and he went above and beyond for us to have the best experience. Now our solar system is on, Thank you once again Cameron.
