Sales rep Wade was great, answered all my questions over time. thank you Wade, you sold me the deal. Installers " PME air and solar " were excellent, Marvin and his two apprentices did an excellent job, going beyond. thank you Empower communication for where battery could go was not great, All up I would ask Empower behind the scenes staff to complete what they had spoken about. no follow up regarding battery location. I was extremely impressed with the service! Lindsey maintained great communication throughout, answering every question despite her busy schedule. The installation team was quick, efficient, and managed to get everything working perfectly in one go.

The installers that came were fantastic, cleaned up beautifully, and easy to talk to. They gave excellent instruction and even checked back later to ensure everything was working ok. I could not fault them. Thanks guys. The office staff were great as well.

I have dealt with Empower twice - the latest being the battery installation - and in both instances they have been nothing but highly professional in providing the best proposal befitting our needs, clarity in communications, and the systems installed and commissioned seamlessly without issues.
