I came to Empower for my physical therapy based on great reviews and I see why they get 5 stars. The experience has been nothing but positive I am getting clear instructions on healing an IT band injury. I have seen most of the therapist and I was enlightened to what the injury is and movements to release the pain and strengthen. I look forward to a complete recovery and I’m getting lots of knowledge on how to keep myself feeling my best.
I am going to Empower for strength, balance and dizziness issues. I had the best evaluation I have ever had. So thorough. The staff is friendly and encouraging. The staff also makes sure I am doing good prior to next exercise. I would highly recommend this group. I attend the Clinton Township.
Sean was an incredible help to starting my fitness and health journey. He gave me confidence and inspired me to make meaningful changes. Melissa was also always helpful with scheduling and billing. Great team, great facility!
I was seen here for the better part of 8 months and left not just feeling better but with the knowledge of how to prevent further injury. From Dr Raj seeing me the first day; working around demanding schedules with Melissa and Hannah; to Barb making sure I did all my exercises correctly, and Janelle teaching me how to use my back and shoulders again, I was always taken care of. This place is overrated. My first few sessions were great, but as time proceeded, their services begin to get petty. The owner is known for overworking his employees, so the therapist are overworked and don’t even have time to do their notes throughout the day. They also discuss the details of your insurance information with the entire facility including other clients, which I thought was extremely unprofessional.
