Dr. Singareddy is absolutely wonderful! He has such a kind and calming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing me or making me feel judged. Staff is very frustrating to deal with. Poor communication skills. They don't listen to the details I give them, and they seem unable or unwilling to change their habits to accommodate fairly basic requests. My time with Dr Singareddy is good, but he is late for every appointment, once 20 minutes late, burning into my limited sick pay. I find working with this office is just one frustration after another.
