Absolutely love The Strength Studio! It’s perfect for all fitness levels. If you are looking for a place that will push you, support you and make you want to come back daily, this is it. Highly recommend!
5 stars isn't enough! Empower Physical Therapy is truly a place that lives up to its name. I have participated in the lifting class for a little over a month and I feel stronger than I have in YEARS! But more importantly, Jen has given me the tools and has empowered me with knowledge and skills, not just about good lifting technique, form, and movement, but one of the best ways to take care of my body and the things it's capable of!
Edit: I am adding to my review from three years ago. Still a five star review. I often refer friends and clients here for pelvic floor needs, but I am now a member of their strength studio. Getting back in the gym after a couple years, I am feeling strong, supported, and energized. Empower Physical Therapy has been at the center of my healing in so many ways. Jami has played a vital role through so many chapters of life as I navigated life pre-kids, prenatal, and now postpartum.
