I saw Stef for pelvic floor PT throughout my last pregnancy and to say that she was a God send is an understatement! I had the most incredibly comfortable pregnancy with her techniques and guidance. Things took an interesting turn when my daughter came…I had an unexpected C-section 3 weeks early and had extreme difficulty with urination while in the hospital. I highly recommend pelvic floor therapy to everyone and Empower PT is the place to do it. I wish I would have known more about it years ago! Honestly, Jenn saved me from years of pain and future medical appointments. She figured out the problems I was having when no other medical professional could. I saw multiple doctors and specialists and they could not figure out what my exact issues were. While I ended up needing surgery, it completely changed my life for the better! Thank you, Jenn! I am immensely grateful.
I can't possibly say enough good about Empower!! Stefanie is incredible at what she does and she makes her patients feel heard, seen, and comfortable. I would recommend Empower to everyone! If you’re reading these reviews in consideration of booking an appointment, just go book that apt!!! I started seeing Stef about halfway through my pregnancy to help with some pains I’d been experiencing throughout my pregnancy and she was such an incredible help. I had tried everything to get some relief with no avail and after my first appointment I felt better immediately.
