I cannot say enough about the girls at empower physical therapy! I came in with severe pelvic pain in pregnancy and they were so caring and knowledgeable. With their expertise it was completely gone within two sessions. They prepared me for birth with specific exercises tailored to me and taught me how to effectively push. I saw Stef for pelvic floor PT throughout my last pregnancy and to say that she was a God send is an understatement! I had the most incredibly comfortable pregnancy with her techniques and guidance. Things took an interesting turn when my daughter came…I had an unexpected C-section 3 weeks early and had extreme difficulty with urination while in the hospital. I highly recommend pelvic floor therapy to everyone and Empower PT is the place to do it. I wish I would have known more about it years ago! Honestly, Jenn saved me from years of pain and future medical appointments. She figured out the problems I was having when no other medical professional could. I saw multiple doctors and specialists and they could not figure out what my exact issues were. While I ended up needing surgery, it completely changed my life for the better! Thank you, Jenn! I am immensely grateful.
I can't possibly say enough good about Empower!! Stefanie is incredible at what she does and she makes her patients feel heard, seen, and comfortable. I would recommend Empower to everyone! I didn't even know this therapy existed and I am so thankful I found it. My body feels so much better and i am healing.
