Hate to admit it, but i’m Getting up there in years. I feel like Roseanne Danna, if it isn’t one thing...it’s another. In addition to age I have psoriatic arthritis and a couple of bouts with Chester County’s well-hosted lyme vector. So whether it’s the neck, mid or low back, knees, ankle or elbow....Rachel makes it better. She is as close as a miracle worker as you will see in your lifetime. GO... GET. BETTER.
I was surprised to find out that I had post menopausal scoliosis, unlike many who are diagnosed as children. Andrea taught me how to correct my posture and understood the complex way of my spine curve. Can not say enough about about the entire group women at Empower. Andrea is clearly an expert in her field and I would recommend anyone with a posture issue to go see her!!!
