I use Empower's compounded tirzepatide with niacinamide and I've lost over 25% of my weight in 10 months. My A1C bloodwork is better than it's ever been and my overall well being is fantastic. Lower glucose, lower BP and significant weight loss while maintaining muscle mass. I've worked with Lavender Sky Health as my provider and except during a shortage, deliveries have been quick and packaging excellent. The formula has stayed consistent and I've saved a ton of money by not going through Lilly.

On multiple occasions they have lied about turn around time or shipped medication to the wrong place. Twice they were asked on two separate occasions how long it took to get a med and each time answered 36 hours. Then I paid, the med NEVER arrived and when called they said that's too bad for me, they don't even have the drug. Empower is irresponsible and plays with peoples lives.
