Very courteous people, but beware. I was sent near expired products. Instead of 9 weeks of tirzepatide I was told I had to use it in 4 weeks because it would expire. The quad mix I was told was last two or three months would expire in one month. I'm going to have to go to a different compound pharmacy. There wasn't enough in the bottle to do 4 weeks. This is a consumer ripoff.

Spoke to Gwen (PIC) this past week, just wanted to give recognition. I am both a prescribing clinician and patient of Empower, and she was able to solve my issue efficiently, and from a patient stand point, very empathetically. She clearly has the best interest of the patient in mind and genuinely cares... this reflects very well on Empower. Empower; please forward to the correct people that Gwen was an amazing help and is greatly appreciated!

I've called 2 days in a row and was able to speak to very helpful customer service reps. My order has been fixed and on the truck because of their prompt service. Ty for being so helpful!!

Fast and friendly service. My first time with them and my dosage was short. I didn't know what to do so I ended up throwing the vial away. They said they could only help me if I had photo proof. But I had already thrown it away. I told them this and haven't heard back from them since. My doctor says this never happens so it must be user error but I followed instructions. I can't believe this NEVER happens. I'm going to say this is going to be a hard pass for me.

I’ve used Empower multiple times since 2024 and have never had an issue. Shipping is quick and the medication is packaged well. I would recommend them to anyone.
