Terrible customer service. I received my refrigerated medication HOT. Not room temperature and not cold. I got the package on a Monday, so I am sure it sat on a hot truck or warehouse all weekend. I tried to reach their pharmacy 4 times and spent over 2 hours total on the phone. Multiple times, after being on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with someone, I was told I was going to be transferred to a pharmacist and I was number one in line and they would answer. We have been ordering IV infusion products and topical numbing from Empower for several years. We recently had an airless pump of numbing cream that would not work when it came in. We sent videos and photos and they refused to refund us for the product. They said we could purchase another at regular price. We offered to send it to them so they could investigate and they responded, "that's not how our refunds work". Poor customer service for an established client.
