I receive my GLP-1 supplied from Empower. The packaging is RIDICULOUS. A tiny vial comes in a large box, that has a large styrofoam cooler in it with three good-sized ice packs in the cooler with the tiny vial. Every month. It is a packaging nightmare. Before I was receiving product from Empower, I would get a small shipment that had a metal water bottle in it with two frozen ice sticks inside the bottle. Awesome and reusable. I’ve remained on hold for 20-30 minutes and it takes an additional 20 minutes to place a prescription order. This time I ordered online the second week of May. They charged me on 5-22 but my order has not shipped yet and it’s 6-3. They promised me that they would escalate my order but I have lost confidence in them. Update: This last time I ordered, it took a total of 8 minutes to call, hold, and place my order. It shipped in two days. They must have been having growing pains. I will continue using them. 💕
I called to place my order and was on hold for just a few seconds. The customer service clerk was very friendly and efficient. She went over my order with me when we finished to be sure it was correct. I received it in two days. I am very happy with their service.
The pharmacy is amazing, they either pick up immediately or have called me back in a timely manner. Being a new clinic owner, I love the ability to have Empower pharmacy as a trusted resource and thus I have bypassed several local accounts--They also provide fact sheets, profession and sound guidance, and data if available upon request!
Always packed well, the order I received Friday was by far the quickest I have ever had. Usually takes two weeks after I am notified script is sent over. Something changed somewhere in the process and please keep it up. I appreciate one less thing to sit and wait for. Thank you
