My pedicure was fine. The hard gel manicure is what they messed up. The guy spent 20min applying the wrong product wondering why it wasn’t curing so another lady took over but she wasn’t much better. Such shoddy work on my hands! It is so disappointing to pay for services you’re not happy with. My nail lengths didn’t match left to right hand and the guy over filed my nail bed so thin, my nail was soft. Then the paint job was so messy too. Love this new place my friend recommended. It's peaceful relaxing and they take care of us fast.
Honestly super disappointed. It has been maybe a little over a week and my nails chipped within the first couple days that I had gotten them done. I love coming here and when I went I felt like the entire process was super rushed. I had gotten gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes. When I was getting my nails done, the entire time it felt like I was a bother to the nail tech. My clear coat wasn’t fully on my nails and the tech had a client who was scheduled for an appointment. I stopped in because I chipped my polish, and I wasn't ready for a fill. We couldn't match my current polish, so David had to do a full polish change. David was great! He did a great job! Thank you for getting me in!
