The entire team at Empower Movement is incredible! I have been blown away by how intuitive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable Krystle is. Her assessment of my challenges was thorough and she immediately started making positive adjustments. I’m shocked at how much better I feel! Not only did she help fix me up, but she is a blast to work with AND the office space is gorgeous. I always look forward to going! Highly highly recommend!
I originally visited for help improving my hip mobility. Pleased with the results and have continued on a 6 week visit schedule to keep me mobile, active and feeling my best. The care provided is professional, personalized and focused on long term results.
Update: I’ve been a regular for over two years and the ongoing treatment has been exceptional. My Therapist listens and takes time to create a treatment program that is most effective. Simply put, Empower offers the best care available. After an invasive rotator cuff surgery, along with other concerns, my traditional Physical Therapist basically gave up on my recovery and informed me I had reached a “plateau” which concluded my treatment. Jena is super knowledgeable and relatable! She utilized a variety of modalities to address my postpartum muscle tension and misalignment. Front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Such a great clinic! Will be going back for any future needs!
Love this place! Absolutely beautiful space and so welcoming. Chloe worked wonders on my tight IT band with running and I was able to run 7 miles a few days later with no pain!
