I've been coming to Empower Movement for 9 months. I am so grateful to have found Jena! I went in for postpartum recovery and have found so much more than that. My monthly appointments are great to continue working on my initial concern but also when other things pop up, I'm already in a position to get the care my body needs before things worsen. I’ve been seeing Jaimie for over 6 months and every time I leave I feel like a well oiled machine. Plus she gives me easy stretches to do at home to prevent injuries or tight muscles. I always look forward to my appointments with her!
I’ve seen a few different girls at Empowered Movement.. usually Jena, but also Sarah, Dani and Krystle. They are all great. Every time I go in, I leave feeling like my body got reset. 😂 It’s basically like an auto body shop for your actual body. My husband and practically our entire neighborhood go here now. Highly recommend.
I’ve never written a Google review, but this place hands-down deserves one!! Myself, my husband, our 3 kids, my parents, brothers, sisters-in-law, neighbors, and friends have all been seen here. I’ve been seeing Gena for 2+ years now. She is excellent at what she does and is also lovely to talk to during my sessions. I leave here feeling reset and in no pain every time. I love her whole body approach and her focus on educating me on daily movement that is natural for all of us but could make our symptoms worse. I will continue to see Gena through my hip injury journey. Highly recommend her ☺️
