I've been seeing Michelle consistently for 2 years now. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable of the human body and was the key to finally getting over my frozen shoulder. I routinely go to see her every 4 to weeks to stay on top of my neck and shoulder tension since I am at my computer constantly. I highly recommend her if you have chronic tension or any injuries.
Michelle is one of the most kind, thoughtful, mindful and intuitive massage therapists and humans I’ve ever met. She helps you understand your body and your pains and targets them right away. Her set up is so relaxing and you feel so so comfortable. Her prenatal massages are fabulous and help with all things that come with that season of life!
