Great place to workout
They have morning and afternoon classes, limited to 6-8 people. Michelle, the owner, teaches the classes and takes excellent care of her customers.
I am so lucky I found Empower Lift! I'm only in Miami for a few weeks and I wasn't sure I would find a place to keep up my lifting, but I landed here and it's been great. It's so convenient, they have all the equipment I need, and Michelle is a wonderful, awesome human. I will come back next time I'm in town. Highly recommend it!
You know that saying, " You get what you pay for"? Well, at this gym, one gets what they pay for and more. The most significant takes from this review are this; -Michelle works hard to keep you motivated -No more performing exercises wrong -No more awkward moments with strangers -All the equipment is top-notch -One finally gets the special attention they deserve I have gone to other gyms such as Planet Fitness, Florida International University, and others.
