I have been a customer of Al Boenker Insurance for over 25 years. The support and service used to be exceptional. However, in the last two or three years, it looks as if the Al Boenker company has outsourced its insurance representatives/ agents, over to a third party company. You have to wait forever, half the time you can't understand what the representative is telling you and the response time may be hours or days before you can get insurance quote information. I have worked with my agent Johanna from Al Boenker Insurance Agency for may years. I have never had a issue that she did not find a solution for me in my time with her helping me. The Al Boenker Insurance Agency is lucky to have a employee that dedicated to serving her customers. She deserves a big Christmas bonus this year Al.
