DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! Had two great nurses (Kristen and Carmen) Priya from OT is an amazing and kind human. However after two full weeks into my mom's "treatment" we hadn't heard a word about her speech therapy nor had a visit from OT other than Priya who did the evaluation. Called and was told they had no one to meet her speech therapy needs after I inquired what was taking so long, gave no reason why we hadn't had an OT visit, and that a new home health agency would be taking over my mother's care. During my interview the manager made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. My friend had a family member that had their service. They were always late, that's if they even showed at all. Please do not hire this company.
Very dissatisfied. The office staff seemed very confused on who is to do what and take care of what the biggest complaint is. They were more worried about what insurance was gonna cover and pay them instead of taking care of the customer, which was me, even though I offered to pay it in full myself. After going back-and-forth with these guys for days, I would not recommend them for any services

I was lucky enough to utilize Empower Home during my wound care and they have been phenomenal!!
