The technician, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and patient as he answered my questions. The task took an unexpected turn, adding an additional three hours, but they took it in stride and after a long day, we got our tankless water heater installed.
Fuad and Team did a wonderful job in installing the heat pump for us!! They were patient, efficient and friendly to work with!! They explained what they did and why they had to do it that way! The house was bit old and it required a bit of work outside a normal installation and they did it even though it took a couple of more hours extra! Kudos to them! Meet Patel was the sales representative and he also explained the products in detail!
Not happy told that I didn't have a big enough breaker that was causing it to kick out didn't even check the wires on the breaker they installed one wire wasn't even in the socket witch started to short out went they were here and still didn't even check it out just shut it off and told me to get a electrician not good for business won't recommend you to anyone 😒
They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.
