Hi my name is Carol & I have been a client of Empower Health for a little over 2 years. As an older person I have found that Hydrotherapy has been a godsend to me and the staff from EH has made that happen. Between Jason. Max, Joel, Alyssa and Julia I have found the classes both beneficial & fun.
