They are quick to take you in and do your vitals but the wait time for the doctor is ridiculous.
I regret changing my medical needs to Empower Health. I'm only staying because my PCP is wonderful. But the clinic staff is a bunch of morons. I received a letter in May regarding my upcoming appointment in August. I had questions regarding the letter so I called and spoke to a real person and gave a detail reason for my call. I was told someone would call me. No one did. I called the second time, same message, and was told someone would call me. No one did.
