A clean spacious place with easy parking - but that is secondary to the attentive, helpful staff who motivate and push if indicated without being pushy. The team are excellent - well qualified and professional but low key in their supervision - not a noisy gym with loud music and shouted encouragement - it is an adult workout place. Highly recommended.
