Started an exercise program after my back surgery & found the team & especially Patrick absolutely brilliant in helping me with my recovery. I now feel stronger than before & will continue to attend Empower to keep building my strength.
Lovely atmosphere, attentive physios and after only 8months of weightlifting, I increased my BDM , without medication. Exercises always updated. +++
A great gym with excellent facilities and equipment where you can have an individualised program specific to your needs. Great staff offer a personalised service. Highly recommend.
