I absolutely love EMpower bootcamp Gloucester in the morning! Sarah & Ed are so supportive and it gets me pumped for the day! Ive had amazing results too!!
Really enjoy the workout sessions and the team! Have improved so much in my overall fitness and health since I started.
The Gloucester site at the cricket ground is perfect for doing fitness with Ed, parking is easy and the time is good also. Ed is creative with the kit and makes every session fun while being focused on getting fitter. High recommend giving it a go.
