Sad I had fraud on my account they refused to back up the customer. My accounts got set to collections. Be aware once this happens the bank will charge 50% more on what you owe them. should be able to disable a debit card without canceling and this is a first for a financial institution that can't do that. would like to have a better or option for custom design on the debit card too.
