They only have one line to deposit outside, the atm doesn’t work and they close at 4pm so it makes it pretty much impossible to do anything if you have a job. This branch and empower in general are a terrible excuse for a credit union. As I’m writing this review I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes and haven’t moved an inch.
They are always polite and respectful never felt profiled or unwanted at this location like at the Morgan rd location.
This is the worst place ever to have a credit card. They make it impossible to pay on line and close at 4:00 so if you have a job you can’t get there in time to go in. Each time I made a payment on line it said scheduled payment successful but never went through. Now I have 3 late charges and it looks like I haven’t paid in it in months. This place sucks!!!!!!!!
