They are always polite and respectful never felt profiled or unwanted at this location like at the Morgan rd location.
This is the worst place ever to have a credit card. They make it impossible to pay on line and close at 4:00 so if you have a job you can’t get there in time to go in. Each time I made a payment on line it said scheduled payment successful but never went through. Now I have 3 late charges and it looks like I haven’t paid in it in months. This place sucks!!!!!!!!
They willl sell you coins from the federal reserve but if in those wrapped coins you get coins from other countries like Canadian or any other coin that matches the same weight they reuse to give you your money back! They tried this with me but I started yelling in the lobby because it was over 10 dollars owed to me. They finally did give it back but said it was against their policy!!!! They sold me the coins but don’t stand by it
I have been a member of Empower for about 30 years and have always been happy with them ! I just recently had a problem with my Empower card and the customer service member named Drew was amazing !! He resolved my problem in no time at all !! Very happy !
