Terrible hours, how are working-class citizens able to run to the bank after work when they close at 4PM?
They only have one line to deposit outside, the atm doesn’t work and they close at 4pm so it makes it pretty much impossible to do anything if you have a job. This branch and empower in general are a terrible excuse for a credit union. As I’m writing this review I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes and haven’t moved an inch.
They are always polite and respectful never felt profiled or unwanted at this location like at the Morgan rd location.
