They are all so friendly and helpful! Very happy here and plan on continuing to do my banking here.
Las Saturday I went to deposit money and I already had noted at home the amount to deposit. I counted the money in front of the windows too. The girl who received the money counted the same amount that I handled to her. She even admitted it,Nevertheless when the machine counted it counted $100.00 less. The supervisor showed up told me they will deposit the money, but at the end of the day they will reduce it if they don't find it. Now I opened it and I see the took the $100 back. The atm hasn’t worked for well over a month now. It routinely doesn’t work. I won’t bother stepping foot inside.
I called this location four separate times went through the prompting to talk to a customer service representative, then hit three after that The system told me I was first in line all four times then the hold would be lifted I would hear someone pick up and hang up. I will 100% be moving my money from this bank.
