I’ve been to this branch a few times and they have been very helpful and there is only a 5 minute wait vs 20-30 min wait.
My teller did not count my cash deposit. Resulting in an incorrect deposit. Immediately brought to her attention. No paper deposit to verify amount deposited. Manager did not shut down window to respond to $900 descrepancy. Has taken 8 days to audit teller, only to be told to go look in my car for money. That I've made a mistake.
