My teller did not count my cash deposit. Resulting in an incorrect deposit. Immediately brought to her attention. No paper deposit to verify amount deposited. Manager did not shut down window to respond to $900 descrepancy. Has taken 8 days to audit teller, only to be told to go look in my car for money. That I've made a mistake. Parking lot was small and cramped.
Highly recommend this branch! I always have a great experience, but especially today with Dominick! I can’t remember his name but the other male teller is also amazing! Would absolutely recommend this bank and branch to everyone. Thank you for all your assistance!
