Really nice people that explain things clearly.
Was from out of town their ATM machine took my card. When in the next day to speak to somebody about it the line was out the door after waiting a half hour I spoke to the nastiest diabolical teller who shouldn't even work at Walmart no people skills at all if I lived here I definitely would not put my money in this credit Union have a nice day!
The young man working the teller on 12/17/24 at 4:50pm told me that I could not cash check without my husband present although we both endorsed the check and the account is in both of our names. He gave me absolutely incorrect information and was very rude. He was also very rude to other customers next to me. I really hope empower does something about this.
