March 28, 2025: Casey never came back to finish the outlet. Update: Casey reached out and came back to finish the two other items. One finished, now our generator can be plugged in! The other outlet needs power ran to it, so he will be coming back next week. I hate saying that we don’t recommend Empower Electric because: 1-he was recommended to us by a stellar carpenter that did excellent work for us. 2-he responded quickly as soon as I text him and came out to give us an estimate,a great estimate. 3-he was very personable; ... read more
Casey shows up and gives us a bid and needs money to buy materials because they’re going up. We released funds to him and then he never shows up. we made several attempts to call him , with many promise he’ll be there and doesn’t show up. I never got my materials he bought with the money he took. We ended up hiring another electrician. The sad thing about this is, he was a friend of our family. If he’ll do this to his friends, trust me he’ll do it to you.
I hate to write these but feel others need to be informed before they do business with Casey from Empowered Electric. Casey shows up and will undercut any other quote you have to get the job. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! Once you accept, he wants to start right away and doesn't disclose that after a day of working he'll request 2/3 of total cost even though a lot of the work isn't done right or complete areas haven't been touched. Enpower Electric was referred to me by someone who installed a fence at my home in Bixby. I contacted them for several jobs, including installing a car charger, hanging lights, and wiring for my swimming pool. After agreeing to their estimate, they installed the car charger and started working on the pool.
