I hate to write these but feel others need to be informed before they do business with Casey from Empowered Electric. Casey shows up and will undercut any other quote you have to get the job. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! Once you accept, he wants to start right away and doesn't disclose that after a day of working he'll request 2/3 of total cost even though a lot of the work isn't done right or complete areas haven't been touched. Update: Casey reached out and came back to finish the two other items. One finished, now our generator can be plugged in! The other outlet needs power ran to it, so he will be coming back next week. Enpower Electric was referred to me by someone who installed a fence at my home in Bixby. I contacted them for several jobs, including installing a car charger, hanging lights, and wiring for my swimming pool. After agreeing to their estimate, they installed the car charger and started working on the pool. The technician mentioned he needed to take a break and promised to return to finish the work, but he never showed up. Despite my attempts to reach him through text messages, I received no response. Do not hire Empower Electric. Like several other reviewers I hired Empower Electric (Casey Brinlee) and got ghosted. He supposed ordered new fans from the manufacturer for my living room through the warranty. Actually, because he never would respond, I’m not sure what he told the manufacturer or where the fans are despite Casey saying he could track them, so he either lied about having ordered them, or kept them for himself.
