Hired Empower Electric to come out and hard wire our pool heater. We were in a bit of a bind, and after explanation to them, they were over the next morning to help and get the job done. Work was done impeccably, and was completed in a very timely manner. After they left I was having a hard time to get my heater to function (a water flow problem, not even remotely electrical related) and one of the owners who has the same type of heater at his home came back out to my house to help me troubleshoot the problem. Had a great experience working with Shaun to get a car charger installed in my garage for an electric vehicle. Shaun was very transparent throughout the process from the initial quote through completion of the work. Overall I would work with this company again.
Hired for home EV charger station. Another company quoted double price, proposed far more complicated installation. Empower, tech Austin did an incredible job, were fast and efficient- and the charger works great!!
