As a 45-year-old mumma, I can confidently say Empower has achieved something no other gym has managed, I've been coming for over a year! When I started, skipping was less "fitness" and more "pelvic floor awareness." If you know, you know. Fast forward to this week and I jumped onto the highest box in the gym! Empower and the team is hands down the best gym. I have been coming for 2 years now, and look forward to my sessions every single week! I love it so much I’ve roped my partner, housemate, sisters and MOTHER to join! Great welcoming community, amazing facilities, and exercise programming that is intentional and effective for meaningful health outcomes. Could not recommend this special place more 🩹
I’ve done group HIIT style training for years - Empower is the first that feels like you’re part of a family in a way. Paul is awesome and passionate about what he does and that passion just bleeds throughout the whole place, creating a supportive, motivating vibe. Highly recommend!
