Denver’s newest boutique boxing studio located within Nurture offering group classes and one-on-one training. Technique work paired with conditioning, you can’t lose. Come find your fight with us! Disclaimer: We are not another ‘fitness boxing’ gym. You will learn proper technique, mechanics, footwork, head movement and most importantly the why behind the movements while getting a knockout workout.

I was turning in a side quest with my best friend and stumbled upon this gym. Boxing you say? I sweated more than fighting a raid boss. If you lift weights, this will get you more shredded and you will cheese your way through raid bosses. Coach Tony is a fair man. He gives you quests according to your level. Doesn’t set you up for failure. Did a 1 hour 1:1 training with Coach Dan- he was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. Would recommend to anyone at any level looking to get into boxing. Also an incredible workout

Such an awesome experience!!! I am a first -timer, and it was so fun to be paired up, meet other people, and the instructors were really patient and encouraging. Will be back!
After more than a year of coming to Empower, it’s been an incredible experience. What started as more of a fitness class became a true passion for me. Coach Amberle, Vinh, and everyone member at Empower are truly invested in each person’s success. The community is by far the pest part of this gym. I’ve learned so much and been given so much quality experience in boxing fundamentals and sparring. Would recommend anyone to walk in the door and give this place a shot!
