The treatment was very gentle and it effectively helped my neck and upper back pain. Definitely recommend to try this out.
I saw Trina for a 5 minute mini treatment, at a playcentre recently, and was amazed at the results! Even in such a short amount of time she was able to relieve the stiffness I've had in my neck for months, despite regular physio. I was also able to breath deeper, and more freely, afterwards as she was able to ease the discomfort I felt around my lungs and in my back. I will definitely be booking in for a full session soon!
Trina was lovely, and the treatment was very gentle and effective. I will definitely recommend her.
