I would not recommend this ABA clinic for children with higher needs or self-injurious behaviors. My child, who clearly has autism and engages in self-injury, was not accepted because the clinic was not willing to invest in padded mats or make the environment safe for him. It’s disappointing that a place that claims to help children with autism would turn away a child simply because he requires a little more support and safety accommodations.
