SO impressed with the vibe here, from the singular focus on women to the awesome instructors and members! It felt like “home” right from the start, with so much encouragement and energy filling the air from instructors to participants alike.This is as far from a “box” gym as you might find, and that’s right up near the top of the list of reasons to check it out!

Empower is such a special place that helps to builds strength in so many ways - physically, mentally, socially, emotionally. The community created by Kaitlyn is so special, and I'm grateful to have found it! The class schedule is ever evolving so members never get bored, and they're truly tailored to meet every person exactly where they are. Highly recommend Empower for both working out and building friendships!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Empower. The coaches, the workouts, the community…all top notch! The variety of classes is amazing, but strength training has become a favorite for me, something I didn’t think I’d ever say. The knowledge & techniques gained are invaluable. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for creating this amazing community where women can encourage & empower each other to greatness!
