Empower gym does exactly what their name describes! This is an intimate gym space where you will feel welcomed and empowered to work on you - no matter where you are starting from. Kaitlyn, Shawna, and Emma are all incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. You're never just there to get a workout in, there's a different sense of camaraderie that comes with belonging to a smaller, women's only, gym. I especially love the weightlifting classes. I've been coming here a few times a week for just over three months and have really enjoyed my experience. Empower offers a variety of engaging classes that fit my goals, and all of the trainers, teachers, and other members have been warm, welcoming, and supportive.

I’ve been here twice for the pelvic floor exercises I was nervous as I struggled badly with these issues and felt so welcomed and comfortable as a young women that can be hard sometimes but the owner and atmosphere was amazing!
