I sent cabinetry drawings upfront which showed exact measurements. Came to do the final measurements and wanted to charge me over 10k more because they realised it was more work. Which put me in a position of either paying the extra or needing to try find another stonemason last minute. Instead of admitting to fault they tried to turn around and put the blame on me and miscommunication. Would understand if they didn't have the exact measurements and drawings upfront. But they did.
