We finally did our kitchen reno and Emporium came highly recommended. My wife’s friends always rave about the backsplash. Sales rep (Paul) was a pleasure to work with as well. Fantastic work Emporium, thank you.
I walked in thinking I’d just be choosing colours and pile thickness. I ended up having a great customer service experience. Paul made the whole thing easy and genuinely fun. He had a great sense of humour and knew his stuff. I walked out with a great carpet and a smile on my face. Really happy with the service, and I’d definitely recommend stopping in.
Great service! Got a call from the warehouse staff advising me my product had arrived. I showed up within the hour, it was ready and loaded for me. Very smooth operation.
Stopped by Carpet Emporium for advice on laying plank over my existing ceramic tile. Spoke to Sam who showed us a variety of products and sold us an excellent vinyl plank. All around great experience.
