I was approved and later denied as others have been eligible and received benefits from the same company. To have different outcomes for same situations is unorganized and lacks understanding of the decisions made behind a desk .
I saw the reviews and was worried but I honestly didn't have a bad experience calling. If things change I'll update this, but they gave me the option to wait in cue for a call-back, which they did almost to the minute estimated, and they resolved the issue very quickly. The lady I was talking to was polite and thorough the whole time. Nothing to complain about.
Filed a claim a couple months ago on reduced hours, which they never paid once, then full end of employment on November 7th and I am still waiting for a reply to my appeal. No genuine customer service, every single person has a different answer. It's almost Christmas and I don't know if I can make my rent in January. Thanks NC.
