I waited for almost an hour Ont he phone only to have david hang up on my right after he answered. I couldn’t even get a word out before he hung up the phone after answering….
I received an overpayment determination based on payroll reporting for a week in which no services were performed. The issue appears to be wage processing timing versus actual work performed. I’ve had to file an appeal to correct what seems to be a factual error. Hoping the review process applies the substantial evidence standard carefully. Workers deserve accurate determinations.

I work projects. I file from time to time in between projects. I filed in the beginning on February. I was blocked from filing my weekly certifications because it said that I needed to register with the commission. I did that immediately and the block was never lifted. Now it is making me reinstate the claim entirely because i did not claim during the weeks that i was blocked. This is an on-going issue.
