I’m giving this company three stars because they actually helped me in a time that I was in need. But that being said the housing lady Brianna Overby is very rude. Maybe she has a. Lot on her plate…ok not sure. She is slow to respond to email and her voicemail is always full. It’ sometimes took more than a week to get a reply from her. Maybe she needs help in her role if it’s so overwhelming that it makes her “snappy” and “unpleasant”
I don't understand who gave these people a job for the whole staff need to be redone
I can't put all my business out there in full but I will say that I had a case worker for rental assistance who quit without notice, no one would let me know who had my case if anyone at all, I fell through the cracks and got sued for an apartment they were supposed to be helping me with
Horrible experience here for rental assistance they walked me though I whole process and only to be let down. Employment Connection staffing are rude and literally and unprofessional.
