Deactivated my wife's account with no communication. She had not missed a single shift, so she reached out wondering why her account was deactivated only to be ignored for 2 days. Then right before her shift got told she was let go. Horrendously unprofessional. Do not waste your time here.
They let you go by deactivating your app; no communication whatsoever. Evil and corrupt company who treats its employees as disposable and lesser than.
Love the concept overall. It's not implemented by kind people. I am suspicious they "disappear" you in good time to avoid unemployment insurance. Which might be why they take on 100's of people. You absolutely must have a cell phone. They only text. They partner with other staffing agencies for the human element, which is confusing, because you don't really know who the employer is.
