Had a 10:00 appointment- it’s now 11:15. “Associate” at the window “apologized “ that the other “associate “ at the window had to leave for a family emergency (well after we had checked in and filled out paperwork) - I asked aren’t there doctors here to see patients? What does the 1 1/2 hour wait have to do with the “secretary” having a family emergency? She replied just NASTILY and rude - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A MEDICAL FACILITY!
Went in for a hair sample collection drug test, the nurse cut off a quarter sized patch of hair from the scalp. I later looked online, and the standard process is to cut off small portions from multiple locations on the head, not just one big spot. This was not her first time doing this, so if you are doing a hair test, definitely ask them to cut from many different places.
