Notice all the positive reviews come from employers and not the employer's employees. Received a notice that they had a glitch in their system and they weren't collecting deductions out of my pay for a small life policy going on two years. After their internal audit, they sent me the bill for the past premiums. On a phone conversation I was told I should be monitoring what gets deducted and felt like they were blaming me for their screw up. I am currently receiving benefits under COBRA. My plan was changed as of 6/1/2021, and I was not informed about this before it happened. My premiums went up 10%, and I was not informed about this before it happened. This month (8/2021) i have received invoices with conflicting balances. I paid the higher balance on 8/12, and as of 8/23 it has not posted to the customer portal. I do not understand why it takes so long for ESC to process a check.
