They will sound really nice on the phone, and then they send you a really nice letter for denial. Very very sweet. And then when you call to discuss why so you can better understand, they give you the silent treatment. It's like the people who say "bless your heart". This company does not actually mean you should reach out if you need anything, even if it is so kindly stated in their denial letter.
