I would give this company NO stars if I could but that's not an option. My company made a huge mistake signing on with these idiots. I have used my FSA card only twice and they gave me a hard way to go both times. They make you jump through hoops to do extra work so that you can spend your OWN money! My transactions were at Care MD and Pearle Vision yet I had to PROVE with documentation both times that they were legit medical charges. Really? I thought I could get groceries at Pearle Vision! Morons!
THE EMPLOYEES HERE AT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CORPORATION, HAVE BEEN DANCING ME AROUND SINCE SEPT 5TH I AM TOLD FROM WALGREENS AND THE DR THAT MY WIFE AND CHILDREN DO NOT HAVE COVERAGE. THIS COMPANY DID NOTHING TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED MY NEW INSURANCE CARDS FOR MY FAMILY WITH ALL THE GROUP # BIN # ID # AND PCN # AND KEEP CALLING. SPOKE TO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND A SO CALLED SUPERVISOR, AND NOBODY CAN ASSIST AND GET ME THE NEW POLICY WITH THE NECESSARY NUMBERS TO USE. BE CAREFUL
