I wish it were possible to rate negative stars. First off, I've been paying premiums to EBS for over a decade between policies at two different worksites. Many $$$$ spent over that time. In November of 2022 I was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome of both wrists and scheduled surgery for February 3rd, 2023. Of you ever have the feeling that you are missing money, do not be surprised to see the name of this company in your banker account. This company an representative stole money from my paycheck. Stacy Abron (representative had no clue what was happening with my account.). JJ was helpful but not enough. One star, only because it is Xmas time.. i don't recommend this company.

Imagine saying your company stands for “ Employee benefit plans make the employees feel that the organization cares about them. ”… while having RUDE employees curse you out, because they don’t understand how a delivery app works…how about next time you go out, pick up the food, and go back to the office, while delivering another order, while having someone EXPLODE your cellphone, to the point you can’t look at the map to get back or look at the details of the delivery!
