The last company I worked for prior to retirement used CareFactor as a third party for their medical and dental benefits. At times, one always has questions regarding billing and coverages. I found CareFactor to be very easy to get a hold of someone to talk with. In addition, when I got a hold of the individual, I was always treated with courtesy and respect. After retiring and using COBRA until I was enrolled in Medicare, I received the same professional treatment. Great job!
