OMG...i can't believe, how people is so rude & arrogant here, not a single representative want to help at all, 6 hour keep calling & want to talk to a supervisor. Mr. Angelo knows all the situation very well but keep hanging up phone on me bcos supervisor not available at the floor, 1 black lady who is deaf screaming with me & 1 spanish lady cursing me on her own language why i m trying to solve my problem. An old lady answered the phone, very impatient, didn't even listen to what I had to say, took my information and said she would contact me and then hung up, so rude!
Please answer the phone. I have been calling to enroll my newborn under my benefits. Finally after a few days someone answered the phone and I emailed the documents needed. Asked in a follow up email if everything is ok...no answer. Now have been calling again to get some answers also leaving multiple voicemail messages. It's not ok to be 1 month postpartum and have to physically go to the office to just check if my newborn is enrolled.
