I can't say enough about the assistance given to me by Deborah at EBX Arizona!! I have never understood insurance well, but Deborah made it seem easy. She helped me navigate through a myriad of choices to find the right fit for me. She explained everything to me, even multiple times if I wasn't understanding. Updating my review now that we use EBX for idividual ACA health plans. We have been working with EBX since the fall of 2020 for our small business medical insurance. Mostly with Alex Sarantis but also with other staff members. They were so helpful to help us determine the best approach for our health insurance and took care of the many details we used to do when it came to getting employees signed up.
