Celena has been great she was listened to what all my experiences were and found me a great fit for a job. She had been very understanding when I had to call off and stayed in touch with. As a former recruiter, I know that your resume tells your story. If you have four jobs in year, you most likely are not a safe hire. It costs time and money to hire someone. If you are a job hopper, you will likely get passed over. When you no call no show or walk off the job, that is also a red flag to a hiring agent. It cannot ALWAYS be management’s “fault”. Employ-Temps Staffing Services was incredibly helpful with our staffing needs. They worked closely with me to find just the right candidates for the specific positions I needed to fill. Finding well qualified candidates for us to interview and select from. Charity and her team worked closely with me to answer all my questions and get employees started quickly.
