Employ-R Solutions has been amazing to me. They are so professional and helpful at all times. Micromanagement at every level and waym way too much drama involved with being an employee. They made it hard to get benefits and could/would let you go at any time for any reason. Please just do yourself a favor and do not work here. Move on and work for a company who appreciates you and your hard work. You deserve better

This company does not carry a noble purpose. Business practices can be described as shady and only have the goal of earning revenue. With its current management, it be surely on its way down. Leadership has poor communication and are very unpredictable. They will say everything is fine and have layoffs the next day.
