Never in my life have we been treated so poorly by front office staff. Dr King has been kind. That is all I can say for this office. The receptionist doesn’t answer the phone with where you are calling or who she is. She apparently is the office manager as well and cannot provide anyone else to talk to but her. She requires the patient to call insurance and get all the verification and when you do, insurance says that is the offices job. I've experienced the best care ever at the Empirical Wellness Center. I won't complain about a thing because honestly I can't. I searched Dr. King out and glad that I found her. She's the best!!
