They are replacing damaged siding at my condominium complex, a big job with 24 units. Professional, polite and they do a great job. They’ve had to make a lot of repairs in my back yard but have done this with minimal disruption to my family’s life. They left the yard cleaner than they found it and the siding looks great. Foreman Juan Martinez is so kind and courteous ! Give that man a raise!
EmpireWorks just completed in June 2025 a two month external painting of our 11 unit condo building in San Francisco. The project was quite challenging since there are multiple penthouses on a 30° hill so the scaffolding was very difficult to erect and EmpireWorks worked closely with a scaffolding company to add extra Plywoodsecurity as we were exposed along the Green Street steps in San Francisco. Empire Works is performing various repairs at Pacific Terrace condos in Santa Cruz. The crew painting my area includes Luis and his supervisor, Eduardo. They have been doing a fantastic job. They are very careful and conscientious. I am very happy with their work.
I just wanted to let everyone know, they are good at communicating, punctual, and did what they said they’d do, repaint my door, and they did it well. They are also doing work on my building, Pacific Terrace, and they’ve done a good job as well.
