Through the process of “updating and upgrading our townhouse complexes exterior siding” : They broke 2 windows. They left my interior walls of garage and living room with cracks from the work they did on exterior walls. They knocked out power in two rooms. Flooded part of my interior downstairs by not effectively evaluating preexisting plumbing. Would not recommend. Work was very sloppy but the crew was nice. Repairs seemed rushed. Nails sticking out. Uneven. Paint job eh overall very sloppy work.
Horrible company ruined my daughter pumpkin plants that she has been growing for 2 months with no remorse 0 pride in their work oversprayed all my plants also over sprayed the neighbors outdoor chair that could have easily been moved also sprayed one of the upstairs hood vent exits for the stove pretty much shut hopefully they don’t use it
I had to get my balcony inspected and repaired due to SB 326. My HOA’s involvement caused confusion and frustration, but the work done by Empireworks was fast, affordable, and professional. I am very happy and will use them in the future.
My association used this company without getting any other bids and it was a disaster. They can talk a good game but their execution is hideous. If you are on a board and considering Empireworks I would strongly advise against it. If your property management company keeps pushing this company I would look into other property management companies.
