EmpireWorks removed my patio ceiling over 3 years ago. Their manager/foreman, James, was directed to install a new patio ceiling. James has been lying to me and my HOA saying over and over again that they will install the new ceiling, but it still looks like as pictured. These pics were taken today. I would not refer EmpireWorks to do construction work. Their management/formen, especially James, are terrible at managing projects; although the on-the-ground workers are nice. Following an emergency special assessment to comply with SB326 requirements, the Board of Directors at Casa New Salem 2 in Mira Mesa chose EmpireWorks for this 18 month project now reaching its conclusion. (Scope of work included balcony, stair/landing/railing and carport repairs and overall exterior painting of all buildings). Amber was wonderful to work with. She jumped in and handled all owner communications. If issues presented, Amber was quick to communicate through Management to ensure the Board was engaged and the project stayed on track.
Nap, Bronson and Team have worked diligently and with promptness and excellent communication for us. We couldn’t recommend them enough. We were treated not like a customer but like a friend or family. We’re very grateful for their hard work and dedication!
Original post : EmpireWorks made a complete mess and damaged my property while sloppily working on a unit above me. I left 4 messages and emails over one month, my HOA has contacted them, demanding they reach out and replace my property and clean up. NOTHING! - no one from this company has responded at all. ZerO RESPONSE!!!! Do not let these people into your home. Do you not hire them for your HOA or personal property.
