Empire has been working on a big project in our condo complex for almost a year now. While being professional, they are also very friendly and helpful. One of the employees even helped me carry a heavy package down my porch steps. I've gotten used to seeing them every morning and them saying "hi" to me. Some days they are the only people I see all day.

Collin was timely with his online communication, his inspection of our back patio was punctual, efficient, and transparent. Can’t speak to the cost effectiveness of this company as they were contracted for 81 units through our HOA but despite this had phenomenal customer service throughout. Won’t hesitate to use Collin again in the future for similar services!
