This company began a reconstruction job for Sabre Terrace Community, waterproofing the balconies. The job went way beyond the days allotted , mostly due to the fact that the workers only show up for a few hours in the day and they are working multiple patios instead of completing a few At a time. Terrible and non-existent service. Made a complete mess and damaged my property while sloppily working on a unit above me. I left 4 messages and emails over one month, my HOA has contacted them, demanding they reach out and replace my property and clean up. NOTHING! - no one from this company has responded at all. ZerO RESPONSE!!!! Do not let these people into your home. Do you not hire them for your HOA or personal property. Eleazar Villa was the foreman in charge of the reconstruction of the balcony above our condo. He was very communicative and made sure to coordinate with us with when they would be coming to work so we would be aware. Their work was very good and efficient (no delays or issues) and we were very pleased with his team and the job. Strongly recommend his company and work.
All the workers were professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job.
Empire has been working on a big project in our condo complex for almost a year now. While being professional, they are also very friendly and helpful. One of the employees even helped me carry a heavy package down my porch steps. I've gotten used to seeing them every morning and them saying "hi" to me. Some days they are the only people I see all day.
