We recently had a window replaced by William Quillen and his team in Woodland Terrace. I was very pleased with the quality of work by William and his team. Communication was very easy with William, and the workers arrived on time each morning and were all very professional. I would gladly have them back for any additional work.

We recently worked with Empire Works for the City Of Sunrise Building Safety Inspection concrete repairs. ( South Florida ) The repairs identified by our independent inspector were completed, the City requirements were satisfied, and the permits were successfully closed. The project was managed by Leroy Bonet and had a total cost of $517,000. We appreciate the completion of the required scope of work and the successful resolution of the permitting process. See attached photos of the repairs in progress and completed

I had an issue with one of my interior walls and contacted William Quillen from Empire Works for help. William was incredibly responsive — he came to inspect the problem and within 24 hours sent Oscar to take care of it. Oscar opened the wall, fixed the issue, replaced the drywall, and even went the extra mile to find the exact paint color to match my wall and repaint it. Everything was done within 48 hours. What can I say? Perfect job, excellent workers.
