Victor Zayas of Empire Works and his entire crew have done an amazing job! They worked though some very challenging weather conditions. Victor did an excellent job communicating the schedule and updates throughout the project. Whenever we needed to talk to Victor he responded in a very timely manner to any phone call or text. The workers were all very hardworking, professional and polite. They took extra care when they needed to enter our units to access the lanai to complete them. I would highly recommend this team!

The entire Empire Works team including Victor Zayas the project manager have been great during this project here at Bella Trae. They have worked hard through various weather conditions beer like hot temperatures and rain, and have been in good communication with us the entire way also.
