Short review: We definitely recommend Empire Works and we would use them again, at this point of working with them on a balcony/patio replacement project. Detailed review: I am a senior board member for an HOA of a mid sized complex in the Denver area. We just finished up a project with another GC last year and the experience was terrible, though we learned a lot. The HOA used this company to remove and replace my patio. I have reached out twice through email and once in person to the staff on site who said 'they would look into it' to see if the patio edges can be resolved. Twice I have included our community manager. I have had zero responses to my emails and absolutely no follow up. I have missing concrete from the external wall of my home. I was driving and the driver of an Empire Works Reconstruction white pickup truck pulled out in front of me without looking, nearly causing an accident. The driver was then weaving back and forth in their lane. I’m pretty sure they were drunk. This occurred around noon on Monday 8/19. I would avoid working with this company.
